The Hach 2100Q01 is a rugged, field-ready portable turbidimeter designed for reliable turbidity measurement from 0 to 1000 NTU. It uses a tungsten-filament light source and a two-detector optical system to deliver lab-grade accuracy even in colored or difficult samples. The meter supports three reading modes (normal “push to read,” signal averaging, and a special Rapidly Settling Turbidity mode for fast-settling particles). It stores up to 500 data records (with timestamp, operator, sample ID, etc.) and optionally connects to a PC via a USB + power module for data transfer. The instrument meets USEPA Method 180.1 criteria, making it suitable for regulatory and municipal water applications. It’s also built to withstand field conditions with a rugged housing (IP67-rat
